When you first start using social media for your small business, it’s a process learning the ropes. And many businesses get it wrong. How can you avoid this? By sticking to my cardinal rule for social media – keep it friendly!
Simply treat your social media connections as friends:
- Don’t blabber on about yourself all the time
- Be a good listener
- Say thanks
- Be nice back
- Give credit
- Celebrate successes
